Conference topic: Implementing war veteran’s experiences from peacekeeping missions, operations in armed forces, international military structures and society.

Venue: Mirror Hall in Ján Palárik Theatre, Trnava
Aim of the conference: The main goal of conference is to highlight the need for respect the peace, safety, partnership and cooperation among nations and presentate the good examples of Slovak citizines working in military missions abroad. The current situation in the East Europe and the Middle East, together with the experience and knowledge of Slovak soldiers in the Balkans armed conflicts, creates space for discussion among army members, former members of peacekeeping missions, academics, members of civic organizations associating war veterans and the general public to express their opinion and their attitude on the need for removal of war conflicts and respect for peace and cooperation among nations.
Target group of the conference: armed forces members, war veterans and members of peacekeeping missions, students, public officials, members of cicil associations and social organisations
The lectures struction: one day conference with a common audience, which will be not divided into sections. There will be presented 4 – 5 speaches and 5 proffesional lectures.
Tha main output of international confrence: communiqué, anthology of contributions
